Voccio, Joseph A., 68, of Cranston passed peacefully Thursday (3/16/17) at the Hulitar Hospice Center. Born in Providence, a son of the late Frank and Ferentina (Petrarca) Voccio he was a lifelong Cranston resident. Mr. Voccio was a carpenter by trade and had worked at Electric Boat and Home Depot before retiring in 2010. He leaves his sweetheart of many years Mary E. Costello, 3 sons Joseph C. (Amy), Christopher F. (Maria), and Matthew A. (Fiancé Jane) Voccio, 2 brothers Frank and David Voccio, a sister Susan Greco and 5 grandchildren; Maddy, Domenic, Ava, Chase and Luciano Voccio all of Cranston. His funeral Mass will be Monday at 10:00am in Immaculate Conception Church, 237 Garden Hills Drive, Cranston with burial to follow in St. Ann Cemetery.
