On Saturday, August 21, 2021 Beatrice “Bea” Gonzalez passed away in her hometown of Cranston, RI. Bea was born July 6th, 1938 in Cranston to Antonio Joaquim and Maria Candida Bernardo. A majority of her adult life was spent in San Diego, California alongside her husband, Charles Gonzalez, and her two children Richelle Teixeira-Page and the late David Teixeira. Bea was a devoted Catholic, and was always willing to give back to the community. Bea was a caring and giving person to all her family and friends. Anyone who entered her home were well fed and taken care of under her watchful eye. She is survived by her Husband Charles Gonzalez, daughter Richelle Teixeira-Page and her three grandchildren, Davis Page, Chris Teixeira and Joelle Page. Mother of the late David Teixeira, and sister of the late Alfredo Joaquim. There are magnitudes of people that will mourn her loss, as she was well appreciated across many communities. Her life will be celebrated Thursday (Sept 9, 2021) from 5:00 to 6:45pm in the Stapleton Family Funeral Home, 684 Park Avenue, Cranston and conclude with the recital of the Holy Rosary.
